By using this website and making a purchase you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Any purchase made by anyone under age 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these terms and condition.

You agree that are at least 18 years old by submitting any material on or through our website or social media accounts, including photos, comments, posts or videos and other content. You are also representing that you own all the materials that you share.

All users agree they will have personal responsibility for the websites created for them by this service. You agree that you are deciding to run an online store at your own risk. Every user agrees they will assume all risks when using our service. We do not guarantee any results or that your store will make money. We will provide certain tools and materials, but we are not liable for any decisions and actions you make on your own.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Dropship MBA LLC. Our company has no responsibility for their practices or content. Including the links does not imply that we endorse or are responsible for their views, advice, errors and other information and actions provided by third-party websites. We are not responsible or liable for their reliability or accuracy. By using our service you agree that our company shall not be liable, either directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by their websites or services. It is the responsibility of the user to review the conditions of third-party websites. 

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

By purchasing one of our website packages or using any of our services in any way, you acknowledge that our service only covers the design of a Shopify website. Users will be responsible for arranging and taking care of getting their own domain name, website hosting, Shopify fees and other expenses. We provide no guarantee on any services or products besides our own.

AFFILIATE EARNINGS

Dropship MBA is an affiliate of Shopify. As an affiliate value added partner, we may receive affiliate earnings from the sale of our products and services. When users buy something from our affiliate links and other avenues, we may receive compensation.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace our Terms at any time under our sole discretion. You agree to be bound to our Terms by using our Service. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

WEBSITE THEME

Our websites are designed using Shopify website themes. Users who purchase the Basic and Entrepreneur store package will not be able to choose their store’s website theme. Users who buy the Executive store package will be able to select their own theme. Users have the liberty to update or change their website after they receive it. However, you are responsible if you decide to install a new website theme and fail to back up your original store’s content and data and lose it as a result. 

DROPSHIP PRODUCTS 

Every website comes with popular products from trusted dropship suppliers. We select products based on reviews, feedback, volume purchased and other indicators. All products imported into the website have a competitive retail price with a gross margin. The amount of products we add to a site depends on the package: Basic – 50 items, Entrepreneur – 100 items and Executive – 200 items. After your site is completed you can easily add more products.

PAYMENT GATEWAY

You are responsible for setting up a payment gateway (like Shopify Payments or Stripe). We are not responsible for any malfunctioning payment gateways, chargebacks, fraudulent charges, or other criminal behavior by customers and other third-parties. We are also not responsible if your website is rejected by online payment processing services for any reason.

WEBSITE DELIVERY 

The delivery time for your website will vary depending on the specific package you purchase. All delivery timelines are an estimate. We do not many any guarantees that your website will be delivered within the specified time.

COPYRIGHT

Users may not sell our content as their own in any way. No user may redistribute, reproduce or attempt to profit from our content at any time. We reserve the right to pursue legal action.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on this service once the order is placed.
